When you visit this website, connection data such as your IP address, access time, requested page, browser and device information is processed. Price calculations, enquiries and bookings

For transport planning, we process your route, goods, packages, dates and requested services. A booking also requires company, billing and contact details, including contacts at collection and delivery sites. We use these details to calculate prices, review your order, contact you and carry out an agreed transport. Your booking and its processing status are stored in the customer area.

The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR for steps before entering a contract and its performance. Article 6(1)(f) GDPR also applies to communication with company contacts. Statutory documentation requirements are based on Article 6(1)(c) GDPR. We cannot process a booking without the necessary route, shipment and contact details.

Sign-in and service providers

Protected booking features process the signed-in person's identifier, name and email address to assign orders to the correct customer account. Data recipients may include hosting, authentication and IT providers, as well as transport partners entrusted with the work. They receive the information necessary for their respective tasks.

Address search and distance calculation

For address suggestions, location checks and road distances, entered address or coordinate data may be sent to Google Maps or komoot's Photon address service. This helps determine accurate routes and prices. Provider information is available at Google Privacy and komoot Privacy. Browser storage

The contact card remembers whether it has appeared during the current browser session, so it does not open automatically with every price calculation. Sign-in may use session information needed for protected access. This website does not include our own analytics or advertising trackers.
