IFS Logistics: understanding quality and safety
IFS Logistics is a standard for assessing quality and safety in logistics. Depending on the certified scope, it covers transport, storage, loading and unloading, and distribution of food and other products.
What the standard focuses on
Temperature control
Account for agreed temperature requirements and organise the associated checks in a traceable way.
Traceability
Document goods movements and the associated information so that consignments can be identified and traced.
Quality management
Systematically review responsibilities, documented procedures and improvement measures.
Documented references relating to DLC
The two QS confirmations provided by auditpartner GmbH refer to an IFS Logistics audit for DLC Freight Management on 29.01.2026, COID 88758 and certificate reference QS-IFS-A26-6867. The QS scheme participant search checked on 02.11.2026 also lists the approved transport scope under the IFS Logistics certification scheme.
The QS confirmations do not replace the original IFS certificate. They alone do not establish the current IFS certification status, the complete scope or a rating result.
