RoadMaster

Express & direct journeys

When your deadline sets the pace.

For urgent spare parts, production requirements and short-notice deliveries, we assess direct carriage with a suitable vehicle. Actual goods readiness and the confirmed receiving time are central to planning.

Scope of service

When this service is suitable

For shipments where a standard groupage or part-load process does not fit the deadline. Sizes can range from a single package to a full vehicle load.

Your planning advantages

  • Direct planning for the specific order.
  • Vehicle selection based on shipment and timing.
  • Personal coordination of short-notice changes.

Process

How your order is handled

Assess feasibility

We check collection point, destination, goods readiness, dimensions and weight. Traffic conditions, driving times and loading effort are included in scheduling.

Allocate the vehicle

After confirmation, the vehicle and loading locations are coordinated. An order is only considered planned once service scope and timing conditions have been agreed.

Hand over directly

The shipment travels to the recipient according to the agreed process. The person authorised to receive it, contact availability and handover record are determined in advance.

RoadMaster

Vehicles & equipment

Vans for suitable smaller shipments or trucks for larger quantities. Refrigeration, tail lifts or special loading access must be stated in the enquiry and confirmed for the available vehicle.

Suitable additional services

  • Direct journey without planned transshipment
  • Refrigerated vehicle subject to availability
  • Agreed handover outside normal receiving hours
  • Agreed status updates

Additional services are agreed in advance and priced according to their scope. We confirm availability, suitability and timing for the specific shipment.

TRANSPORT PLANNING EXAMPLE

A spare part for a stopped production line

A packaged component is ready for collection in the afternoon. We assess a direct journey, its dimensions and staffing at the destination. Only then do we confirm the possible delivery time.

Illustrative planning example; not a scheduled route or a transit-time commitment.

The information we need

Calculate transport price
  1. Earliest collection time and latest receiving time

  3. Reachable contacts at both loading and unloading locations
  4. Loading aids, temperature and access conditions

Questions & answers

Frequently asked questions about this service

Is same-day delivery possible?

That depends on distance, goods readiness, vehicle availability and receiving conditions. We assess the specific route before committing to a time.

Does express automatically mean a direct journey?

Not in every transport offer. With us, the route and any intermediate stops are explicitly agreed for the order.

What happens if the goods are ready later?

Inform the dispatch team immediately. We check whether the delivery deadline remains achievable and how the change affects the process and price.
