For chilled and frozen food, we coordinate target temperature, vehicle preparation and handover. Depending on quantity, refrigerated transport can be planned as a part load, full load or individual direct journey.

Process
How your order is handled
Prepare refrigerated transport
Pre-cooling, air circulation, loading and cargo compatibility are taken into account. Multi-compartment or double-deck solutions require a separate assessment.
Document handover
Receiving windows, unloading process and requested temperature records are agreed. Any identified deviations are documented and addressed with the parties involved.
RoadMaster
Vehicles & equipment
Refrigerated body suited to the temperature and shipment. Loading normally takes place through the rear; side or roof loading is not provided for on a standard refrigerated body. Usable internal height and airflow are taken into account.

Several pallets of dairy products need refrigerated delivery to a retail warehouse. We include the specified product temperature in planning and coordinate pre-cooling, the loading-bay appointment and the required temperature record.

Which temperature is right for my goods?
The requirement must come from the sender or the product specification. We then coordinate the appropriate vehicle and transport process.
Can different temperature zones be combined?
This may be possible with a suitable multi-compartment solution. Temperatures, separation, quantities and availability must be checked in advance.
Does a quality certificate automatically cover every product?
